Please care for your jewelry. Just like you, jewelry loves a warm bed! Keep it comfy and maintain its life by putting it in a jewelry box when not in use. Do not wear your pieces in the water, while sweating, sleeping, or near any perfumes. Most of my pieces are stamped on aluminum which is non tarnish and hypo allergenic, but I still advise to please remove your pieces as stated above.

All jewelry is carded on a personalized Lasting Impressions jewelry card and wrapped in beautiful bird tissue paper, and enclosed in an organza gift bag. Each item comes ready for gift giving!

Hand stamping is the art form of using a hammer to directly imprint each letter or design into the metal. This is done using metal shanks. Each shank has a specific letter or design on it and one strike is given to make the impression into the jewelry piece. Because this is done entirely by hand it is extremely different than engraving which is done by a machine.

Each piece of jewelry I make is hand stamped by ME and only ME! You are getting a one of a kind custom piece of jewelry handmade by a small business owner. I create each design and stamp it out, then do all the finish work which includes oxidation (adding the color), buffing, filing, and putting each piece together.

Please note, when you are in the checkout screen, you must enter the correct shipping address there before you checkout. If for some reason you do not, I cannot change your shipping address on my end. Please send me an etsy message and you can re-order your item and I will cancel and refund the purchase with the wrong address used.

No, I stamp fronts only. Hand stamping is the art form of hammering each letter directly into the metal, unlike engraving, in which a machine is used. Because of the strike of the hammer the backs of the pieces are always going to be a bit more "rough" looking than the fronts, so I do not stamp on the backs.

Once you add your item(s) to your cart, there is a text box in the checkout screen. It says "add optional note to seller". Here is where you type in any personalization names, dates, birthstones, etc you need me to know of. If you forget to do so, please just send me an etsy convo with your invoice linked and I will make the notes to your order.

Because of the personalization of my products and that each item is made to order, I do not accept returns. If your item has arrived incorrectly, I will of course re-make it for you at no charge. If you do need to ship something back to me, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs regardless of whether free shipping was used or not. Please contact me with any further questions.
